Meet Our Goat Yoga Instructors

Karen

Karen has been teaching our goat yoga classes since 2019. She embraces her yoga practice and life with gratitude, knowing that the journey for each unique individual begins within. Her classes are a safe and welcoming place to soften and let go, to become present and explore. Her teaching style is intuitive, organic, supportive and fun! Yoga is wonderful, and truly is for everyone, at any stage of life or ability.

Karen is a member of the national yoga alliance, certified 200 hour E-RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) and completed her training through Abhyaasa yoga studio in Naperville, Illinois. She teaches vinyasa, restorative, and specializes in “goat” yoga. Her philosophy is to never give up and take good care of your mind, body and spirit so you can be your best self in life.

If you desire to continue with yoga beyond our goat yoga, Karen offers virtual yoga every Monday and Friday 10-11am.  Classes are $10 each via Zelle or Venmo.

She can  be reached at livefullylovelife@gmail.com and 630-849-3331.

“Here’s how I feel about goat yoga: blessed. It’s in those serendipitous moments at Blue Sky Farm, I get to share and witness profound moments of joy, silliness, laughter and community. The smiles say it all. I get to be a part of this and am very grateful for every moment.”

Jess 2026

Jess has been teaching yoga for nearly 15 years and has spent the past 7 years sharing her practice at Blue Sky Goat Farm. What began as sweet mother-daughter goat yoga events has blossomed into a meaningful and lasting collaboration. She is a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) and a Continuing Education Provider with Yoga Alliance, as well as a certified holistic health coach and private chef.

Jess is deeply grateful to teach in such a beautiful, peaceful setting. She believes the experience offers a lighthearted form of animal therapy, helping guests relax, connect, and be fully present. Her classes are relaxed and welcoming, rooted in the belief that movement should feel good—so guests can breathe, stretch, and leave feeling grounded and refreshed.
