Goat Yoga

This “bucket list” experience is equal parts peaceful stretch and playful chaos. As you move through gentle, soul-stretching yoga, our baby goats will wander, cuddle, and occasionally launch themselves onto your mat like tiny, fuzzy life coaches. It may look a little silly (because… goats), but something surprisingly wonderful happens when breath, movement, and mischievous hooves collide. Between the giggles, the nuzzles, and the unexpected “assists” in your poses, you’ll discover a kind of joy that sneaks up on you — light, healing, and impossible not to smile about.

Arrival Time

  • If you arrive early, kindly wait in your car while we prepare the goats and wrangle the dogs.
  • Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to check in and sign a waiver.

Know Before You Go

  • Classes are limited to 25 humans.
  • Outdoor classes are held on the grass under shade trees when the weather cooperates.
  • Rainy weather?  The herd will enter the cozy, rustic-chic barn for yoga.
  • Humans must be ages 10 years & up for open yoga classes.
  • Goats may nibble hair & shoelaces.
  • No, goats are not potty trained. (It happens. We clean it up quickly, but it’s a farm.)
  • A waiver must be signed by each participant.  Minors need a parent or guardian to sign. Click here to view or print waiver.

Don’t Forget to Bring…

  • A yoga mat or beach towel you don’t mind getting “farm-fabulous”
  • A beverage (Yes, adult beverages are fine.)
  • Animal-friendly sunscreen, if needed
  • A sense of humor, a smile, and good goat energy

What to Wear

  • Dress comfortably in farm-friendly and weather appropriate clothing.
  • Avoid your fancy yoga outfit or put a T-Shirt over it — tiny hooves can be a little scratchy and goats have zero respect for fancy clothes.
  • Tie back long hair unless you want a surprise trim.
  • Shoes come off for class.
